Great closing with Attorney Hauther, would definitely recommend for real estate closing. Handled special requests and were super fast.
They were selected to hold the earnest money for our home closing. They sent an email requesting contact info etc we sent it back then the information didn’t get put into whatever system they have and every person acted like they had no clue on who and what was what. Very unorganized very uncomfortable position to be in as a first time home buyer. I would not recommend them. The home purchase fell through due to inspection coming back with major issues and termites. The contract stated the funds would be returned in 2 days. ... read more
