It has been a pleasure to work with Dr. Patel. He has been compassionate to my needs and extremely approachable and caring.
This has to be the one of the worse behavioral health care centers out there. The staff is incredibly apathetic to your needs. You can NEVER get a hold of them on the phone to speak to someone. Dr.Patel continued to prescribe meds to me without even seeing me first to see whether I even needed them or hearing me out about the side effects I was experiencing. Incredibly careless with his patients. Beware this is a scary place to go to.
