Totally comprehensive care, explained every detail of my diagnosis and work up. Will continue yearly visits. Wholeheartedly recommend Dr Shah. When you need a urologist, he's it!

Horrible communication
Terrible experience with Dr. Shah, had a 10 minute procedure in his office and I’ve not been the same. It’s been 2 years since I had this procedure and I’ve not gotten any better. I never even had this pain or overactive bladder until the procedure I had in his office. Everyday I’m in so much pain! I have to take meds that I never had to take and I almost lost my job from not being able to work. I’m beside myself having to live with all this pain!

I am very happy to of found Dr. Shah. I am having major issues with my bladder post total hysterectomy and i needed a great doctor to help me find out what's wrong and help fix it as best as they could. Thank God I found Dr Shah. He is very smart, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. After the mess I had with my surgeon am happy to see there are good doctors that still exist. Highly recommend him. The office staff is also so helpful and pleasant. I feel I can trust dr. Shah.
The worse customer service ever. I called 5 times and finally a call back from a nurse. The nurses at his office were unfriendly.
