I do not recommend this practice!! The practice has a terrible habit of canceling appointments in order to keep their “on-time performance”. I read other reviews but decided to go ahead and make a new patient appointment hoping that it was just a once in a while thing. Unfortunately, I showed up for my appointment at 7:30am and was told it had been canceled because the computer system had scheduled 3 new pt. appointments in a row and the office couldn’t accommodate 3 in 1 morning. i would honestly give 0 stars if possible. i am new to this area and am looking for a primary care provider. since this place has good reveiws i decided to make an appt with them. my appt was set for 7:30 am. since i got there a couple minutes late, i was told that it was considered a "no show" and i would not be able to reschedule the appointment. i found that to be ridiculous because there was no one in the clinic. the lady i spoke to was extremely rude and acted like she couldnt care less that i woke up early to make it t... read more
