They should NOT be allowed to service the public.Be careful. They will take you money but will not ship product. Terrible company!
Ditto all other poor reviews. One month and no product. Don't know if I am being charged or not. Sent e-mails and phone calls with no response. How does such a place stay in business? Placed order thru amazon; already shipped. That's the way I'll go from now on!
I ordered OVER $70.00 of yarn from this company and it is now over 1 month AND NO YARN. I PAID PAYPAL SO THERE IS HOPE FOR RECOVERY OF THE FUNDS. I have made repeated calls to the company and was promised shipment and still NO YARN. I would not recommend doing business with this company. It is not worth the headaches.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I placed an order in October for Christmas. I waited two weeks, and I tried to contact them through many emails and I tried to call them. I received an email saying my package would ship the next day. I waited 2 more weeks, and then I filed a Paypal claim. They never responded to the claim, and Paypal gave me my money back!!!! I do not recommend this business!!!! They have the worst customer service!!!!
Recommend that you avoid this "business" at ALL costs! Wish I read the review before attempting to place an order. I waited over 3 wks for an order I paid "rush delivery" for and still haven't received it. I sent an email seeking status and never received a response. When I finally got through to the number posted, was oferred no customer service. Perhaps was due to the distraction of the blaring television in the background. Regardless, my order is now cancelled, which seems to be the only thing they could get right...
TERRIBLE experience. Never responded to multiple voice mails & emails. Violated Yahoo's merchant terms of service by failing to ship within their committed window of time for regular shipping. This is despite paying for rush processing. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered several items November 11 with extra paid for RUSH shipping - I received back a generic email saying my stuff would be shipped and to click the link for - status. Well there were no DATES as to when I would receive my order. I called on Nov 11th, Nov. 12, and Nov 18 - someone answered and said they were sending it out expedited on Wednesday - well I have received NADA and due to chemo I have had someone able to sign for a package 24/7 since the shipment was supposedly sent out. I have never before experienced anything like this from a business. I placed an order October 5th. I checked tracking after 3 weeks. In November I sent an email requesting status of my order. With the passing of a week and not receiving a response, I called and left a message. Several days later and no response to message, I called and again phone went to voice mail.
