I stumbled upon this lovely shop last year when I needed a dress taken in & hemmed for a wedding. Everywhere else said they couldn’t help me take it in, because the straps were these thin elastic straps. Not Needlestitch! I was on my way to Galleria to find a new dress & thought I’d pop in here for one last try. They didn’t even question it & had the alterations done in a few days! Beautifully done too! I’ve been to Needlestitch a few times and, unfortunately, have only truly liked the results once. My most recent visit will be my last. I brought in a $100 dress for alterations and was charged $75, but it genuinely felt like nothing was done. The sides were still loose, there were threads hanging from the straps, and the dress wasn’t even steamed. I was told it would take a week, but I had to follow up myself for an update. Had to call the police just to get my clothes back from Needlestitch. I’ve been a loyal customer here for years. The two women who work there have always done a great job, especially with my work uniforms. But this time, the male manager caused serious issues and refused to take responsibility. On April 23, I dropped off two uniform shirts to have the sleeves shortened. Cannot recommend Needlestitch enough. Yanna helped me with all the alterations to my wedding gown and welcome and reception dresses. Every piece looked exactly like I wanted it to and fit like it was made custom for me. My new husband also had his tux tailored by the other very talented seamstresses in the shop as well. Everyone in the shop is so lovely and talented! Thank you guys so much for all your work!!

I had a wonderful experience with needlestitch! I brought in a dress that I needed hemmed for a wedding, the dress had different layers of tool so it was a bit complicated and they did an absolutely fantastic job! The staff is soooo friendly, honest, and knowledgeable 😊 I will definitely be returning with all my other hemming needs!
