Great quality / Reasonable price
Needle Art is one of the better businesses for embroidery and custom design in Durango. Paul has always come through with exquisite work. I think his motto is under promise and over deliver.
I have been using Needleart Embroidery for the ten years to aid my business with all branded materials. Whenever we come up with a need that we cannot figure a solution, a trip to Needleart is next. A consultation with Paul and we are on our way to the next need. Highly recommended for business needs.
Left a shirt to get embroidered and checked back in after 3 months of not hearing any updates? Given the explanation that they were waiting for additional orders to set up the process. Maybe that fly's, but how about a call to explain the delay? Was not given any update as to when the additional shirts might come in or the shirt might be completed? Retrieved the shirt unfinished.
