I will never order from this company again. They completely undermined my ability to receive the package. Ive waited nearly two weeks for a package that i paid extra to have shipped to me. No one knows where it is, or when it will get to me. I feel like the company has sabotaged me. Buyer Beware!

dont make the mistake of ordering from these clowns like I did! after hours on the phone and sending emails I still haven't received my package that was supposed to be delivered last wednesday, or a refund which was supposed to be issued last friday! these people do not care about their customers or the fact we have businesses to run. I will start a dispute with paypal and make sure that every artist I talk to knows not to order from needle supply
