I had two sofa slipcovers made and they turned out amazing. The fit is perfect and they are very well made. As long as you measure correctly and ask questions up front you will be very happy. The wait time was long but so worth it in the end!
I work for a property management company and ordered multiple sets of covers. It was an absolute disaster. Thousands of dollars wasted. I tried multiple times to resolve the issues with the company. Pictures attached are of 2 sets that shrunk so badly they can’t be used. This is with low dry settings & only using 1 time. I ordered for 6 owners, only 2 of the orders had no issues. I should have read all tge reviews before ordering. After talking with several slipcover companies I selected Needles and Shears based on the fantastic service and response time in all my questions. They hold your hand every step of the way during the ordering process. I was a bit taken back that payment was Zell or check only...that should have been the red flag for me to not order. I places my order in March and it took 3 months to receive my cover. Though frustrated at the time when I received my product I was very happy.... read more
