Writing this review at 6am because for the past hour, I’ve been awaken by another tenant’s dog barking continuously. There is no sound proofing in this place. You can literally hear everything!!! Would be nice to have the amenities on the 5th floor that I was once shown (pool table, movie room, gym equipment, etc.). Other than that, the new management company Harbor Properties, is great. It used to be Crowninshield and they barely lifted their fingers to care for this property.
