Had a major fail with a cracked main waste pipe (iron) from a 2nd floor bathroom. Called Needham Plumbing and Heating, Zack came, took a hard look at the situation and signed on for the repair! This was no easy fix, it involved cutting through the cast iron pipe and removing sections. All was encased behind a two story closed-in plumbing chase. Our tankless hot water system developed a gas leak, our current service company wasn’t responsive enough so started making calls and Zack returned my call promptly, knew the nature of the problem immediately, came out to inspect the system, provided quotes for repair vs replace and we decided to go with a new system. Zack came in and took a look at a tankless water heater issue we were having and immediately knew the issue in our new home. He also identified a couple of other minor items that would cause major issues in the future, especially if we were to move/sell the house. Competitive pricing & great communication. He explains & shows everything to you, so you truly understand what is needed.
Highly recommended. Zack was great to work with. I called on a Sunday for a non-emergency. He got back to me that afternoon and scheduled us for first this the next day. He was really efficient and fair priced. Will definitely work with them in the future
