Peter Needham is an all time crook and he can not be trusted. He will lie looking straight into your eyes and he is extremely deceiving and dishonest We have hired him for his services. Oh boy, was that a HUGE MISTAKE on our part ! He did not complete the job as promised and after giving us the run around for more than a month, he came back to finish the work he was supposed to finish to begin with and had the nerve and audacity to charge us more money 💰 which was not what we have agreed to begin with We are new to the area... read more
Paid $250 for an inspection. Took a week for Peter to get me the report, after asking 3 times, and it was full of inaccuracies and typos. Useless.
We had heat in the 1st floor but not the second. Two professional guys came, fixed the problem in 30 minutes with no fuss or bother. Wore masks, did not leave a mess. Having read a number of reviews online for other vendors, I was concerned that their fee might be excessive or that they would try to sell me unnecessary stuff. But none of that. Overall we had a perfect experience and will be using them going forward.
I called the company that had installed my heating system under a prior owner for a checkup for my AC system, only to be told that there were damages that would be about $3,000 to fix. Having had prior experience with Peter Needham, I called him for a second opinion. When they showed up, they found no problems with the AC system and only ended up charging me for an inspection. They're honest, hard-working, thorough and worth your call.
