Our experience replacing our ancient hot air furnace was terrific. Shawn in sales was knowledgeable and very responsive. The proposal was detailed and fairly priced. The installation team was skilled and pleasant to have around.
The defrost of the heat pump was malfunctioned. Scheduled a maintenance with the company. A guy came literally the last minute, checked the pump, spent less than 20 minutes looking around the pump, turned it off and on, made a call and left. A quick search on Youtube would tell you how to check if the board works, and the maintenance guy said he couldn't test. Outstanding customer service. I have tried several providers to service my furnance. Many told me I needed to replace my cast iron furnance. This company met with me and educated me re my options. No replacement needed. Annual maintenance is the key. The maintenance they performed was beyond perfection. I will continue to receive services from this company. If you want the truth with no sales pitch, call them. I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed.
