Been going for two years now and everybody up there is friendly and helpful.
Dr. Needham is an excellent OB/GYN - she is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She is familiar with the latest advances in medicine, including genetic testing. I can not say enough good things about her. I am so glad I chose her for my surgery - waking up to her made all the difference. I knew I was in good hands!
I literally cannot get an answer by telephone now (because they scheduled my ANNUAL exam 3 MONTHS prior to when it was due and now I'm being charged for a 100% covered service!), and I wish that had been the case when I was calling to make an appointment. She has NO bedside manner, had no time at all for me- and it was my first appt after moving here, coming from another doctor and having documented issues. Just not good.
