We have dealt with Jim for years and have nothing but great praise about him in this company. But after using him this last go around, we are done with Needham equipment. Jim son, Brent came out to our job and tried to perform the job of installing our lift, which we had issue with the concrete and he offered to come in and cut our concrete out to pour the slab deeper in order for the lift to have the structure It needs underneath it to make it safe Which he did, Brent was constantly on his phone arguing with I guess his bab... read more
Extremely poor service, this was my second lift and they installed it backwards. They refused to come out and fix it. Poor business practices in my opinion. Never again.
