This is the second time I have used Needhamair for my air conditioning needs and both experiences have been 5 star. I chose Needhamair to install a Mitsubishi ducted system in my new home near the beach 20 years ago. I was hugely impressed by their business back in 2006. I engaged Needham Air to investigate an ongoing loud noise from my air-conditioning system. An initial visit in November involved a service and advice that replacing filters should resolve the issue. Based on that advice, I agreed to further quoted works. After delays, the work was carried out in late January; however, the noise remained unchanged, and a different possible cause was only raised afterwards. Just had my ducted air-conditioning installed by Marty’s team of four plus another two electricians. They managed the work professionally and were polite throughout, really an impression to me. Design lead Chad coordinated the project and maintain a close communications with me for my questions and solutions. This the second air con I had from Needham, which is much moderner and efficient and easily to control. I had previously contacted few air con providers for this Job but I am so glad I chose Needham Air in the end.
I have never seen such hard workers, Marty and his team were exceptional, decommissioning my 25 year old Mitsubishi ducted reverse with a new system, at my home in Subiaco. This is my 2nd Mitsubishi ducted reverse install with Paul Needham, prior was in 2021, where I installed a New Mitsubishi ducted reverse system in West Perth (new build). Needham Air is a long time family business, passed down by generations. I always support local business, the team are excellent ! 5 Stars
Haha, what an arrogant bunch. Got Cameron over for a quote and said that it would probably be 20k for a single unit or 5k more for two units. The quote comes back for $35k for two units and including areas of the house that I asked to be excluded. When I asked him to remove the excluded zones and see how we could reduce it to a one system solution he plainly refused and said I should go to Ford & Doonan. What a joke. Surprised this company is still in business!
