I have been going to this dentist for years now and I can hands down say this is the best place I have been too!!! Dr Richards is honest and very straightforward, he does not try to sell work that is not needed and is quick and reliable. the techs at this location are also honest and do really good cleanings.
My kids and I have been going here for about 5 years. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. During COVID they researched and implemented steps to keep people safe. Dr Richard has a lot of knowledge and I trust his opinions. They are an honest company that only recommendds necessary procedures.
Dr. Richards and his staff are extremely polite and fairly priced. He is very knowledgeable in the field and will do his best to give you all the information you need without trying to sell you on anything. He came into the office on a day they were closed within an hour of our call to see my boyfriend who had an emergency. He took care of the problem with the utmost care and was so patient and polite. He deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion. Highly recommend!
I now understand why they have to fly 39 dollar flags on the street. I politely went over to ask if they could move their vehicle from in front of my home. As i only have one spot for any guests but also my home healthcare workers. As i am a disabled United States Marine Corp veteran. The person at the front desk with short dark brown hair was very nasty to me. I explained how that action was very inconsiderate because they have a parking lot that they can utilize but do not.
