My experience with needa was not pleasant. Tried reaching her multiple times over the phone and never answered. Left messages would have to wait days for a reply. Then she tells me I will call you back multiple times and she never did. She does not screen or even get the proper information from tenants she brings. Horrible experience would never recommend.
Needa is excellent to work with. Highly recommended.
