Started work without quote,ordered part without asking. I would not had the work done there, if he would had asked. Just gave me a bill that was outrageous price. I could have bought myself cheaper.
I did not authorize work to be done on my vehicle. I asked the to figure out what was wrong and let me know. There were two problems I wanted diagnosed and they called to tell me what the first problem was and I told them to wait until they diagnosed the second problem because it was more pressing to me. They did part of the work for the first problem after I told them to wait. I will never go back.
