We started a backyard and retaining wall project with Need for Build in October. The project was structured in two phases, with Phase 1 scheduled for completion in early December and Phase 2 in February. The total quoted price for both phases was $91,000. Absolutely amazed at how well this company delivered on its services. I had a retaining wall built in the backyard that had limited access, and they pulled it off as smooth as ever, professional, on time, great communication, and even finished the job earlier than expected. The wall and steps turned out beautiful! I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend this construction company.
From design and layout, to haul away and rebuild. Osher and his team were incredible. Not only did they save our home with a new retaining wall, they made it look beautiful in the process. Excellent communication during the whole project. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
