They confirmed my appointment the day before between 12-2 the next day. When 3 rolled around I called the business. I was put on hold for awhile and then told the technician got caught up on her last job. I did not receive a phone call stating they were going to be later. The person at the office talking on the phone didn't care at all. I would never recommend this company.
