I don't recommend this service. Please avoid it. I found this company from yellow pages and asked them to check my water pipes. The plumber asked me to check the water tap on another floor, and purposely broke one of my pipes while I was not there. He just wanted to get more money from me. I won't use this service again. And I believe this company will go out of business soon.

If you need a plumber that cares after you pay them… I wouldn’t call these guys. Jason did a basic flange repair yesterday and I paid top dollar for his visit. The toilet still leaks so I called and left a message asking for a callback to figure out where we go from here… and nothing. They still haven’t returned my call. Not impressed. I guess $312 isn’t enough to earn respect. I’ve called another plumber to deal with the puddles on my bathroom floor and stick with me until the problem is solved.

I have an old furnace and wanted it inspected and fixed if need be. Jason came out on time and replaced 2 parts. It should last a long time and his service was excellent.

Please do not use this company for your plumbing service. They steal your money! They charged me $650 for 15mins of theirs time. They told it will resolve the issue, the issue was never resolved, and now they don't respond back to me. Very unprofessional, not arriving on time. I have beeen calling them for last two weeks to speak to a manager, unfortunately the manager is unavailable for some reasons. This company changed the business name 6 times, it costed me only $14 to find out. I wonder why….? Maybe they have scammed ma... read more
