If I could give negative stars to these "nerds" I would. I have proven myself smarter than them not only once but twice. Not too long ago, my computer failed on me and kept turning off and not coming back on, I took it to Need a Nerd and asked them if they were able to fix it and that I had a feeling that the motherboard was fried...they told me that they were totally able to fix it and when i went back to pick it up they were like it seems like the motherboard is fried like??? really?? already told ya that one.
