Called twice over 2 days to get a quote for deck work. No call back. I see alot of the reviews saying good work is worth waiting for, etc. Probably more due to the fact that this business is only open 3 days a week?! Todd seriously? Your reply baffles me. No matter what the reason , you should have updated your hours and voicemail accordingly and not leaving people hanging. Already have a number of quotes and companies that call back. No luck required just common business sense.
We used to have a great handyman but he retired, in the interim we had a few jobs that were time sensitive, we reached out to Todd but he was booked up (when you are good you get lots of business!) so we tried another handyman with 5 stars but less reviews. He did well on 3/4 jobs but quite badly on the last job. After 2 tries to fix it we moved on. Luckly for us, Todd became available. Had my fair share of experiences with different contractors. Todd is definitely one of the good ones. We had mismatched doors after getting our house painted and he managed to fix all the doors in a short amount of time! Fair price, amazing service. This won't be the last time we use Todd's services. Highly recommend!
Todd did an excellent job for us on our front door repair and was very helpful in taking the time to advise us on some other repairs that we needed. He clearly cares about the people he serves and I would gladly recommend him to others.
We had reached out to Todd for a few upgrades to our kitchen and bathrooms. He was prompt with his responses, punctual, and honest with his services. He not only completed the projects ahead of time for a fair price, but also advised us on upgrades that could wait and need not be done right away. He also gave us tips on better maintenance and energy efficiencies that went beyond the projects he worked on for us. 10/10 experience working with him. Highly recommend!
