Can’t say enough good things about Jake Satten at Need a Car. Stand up guy and a man of his word. Extremely attentive and helped make my bad credit work, where many other places said no. I didn’t feel like I had to take what was offered either, and he searched until I found a vehicle I really enjoy. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend.
I'm giving 5 stars for saleswoman RandiLynn. I have never visited this particular dealership, but RandiLynn handled everything for me remotely from 4+ hours away. Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle for other reasons, Randi was attentive, thorough, friendly, and did her best to get me a fair price, interest rate, and discounts on the vehicle including waiving delivery fee. Best selection of vehicles I have seen in Thunder Bay.
They claim if you refer someone to them and they successfully lease a vehicle you will get $500 and I did all that they also got a trade in but instead of paying me they asked if I wanted to lease a vehicle off them and they would take $500 off :p or what about a tank of gas lol no big deal but its false advertising no ones going to give away money.
