Quality auto mechanic. Ordering parts took some time. Good communication. Competitive pricing. Thank you, N4S. they seem to overlook warranty repairs and instead focus on insurance claims. they seemed to be very familiar with the adjuster, but not as competent with procurement and installation of warranty covered parts. they had my vehicle for almost two weeks only to tell me that i should order my own warranty parts from ebay.
well my trip too Plano Tx didn't work out due to vw bus engine failure my grand daughter, son, and myself were towed to Jerrys parking lot Jerry is the Owner of Need for Speed , Jerry was very helpful and my family and myself want to Thank him again for the help and support i received at his business. The heater on my vehicle wasn’t working. I found this shop on google and decided to give them a chance. Long story short my vehicle was diagnosed incorrectly and work was done on it. Couple of days later mysteriously my AC went out. Had to take it back to get the AC fix and the heater which never got fixed. Eventually I had to tell them what to replace in order for the heater to work. These guys failed to reinstall my K&N filter correctly after the repairs.
