My air suspension went out on my Ram Limited took it to Viva dodge service center on gateway. They had it for a month and a half, mechanic couldnt figure out whats was wrong with it and still paid for the diagonistic. Took it here on Friday had it back the following Friday. These people know what they are doing bring your business here.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop! The date in which the car was supposed to be ready changed 4 times I spent a lot of money because of that and in no way was there any sort of sorry. A job that should have taken half hour took 2 weeks. They originally quoted me one price, a week later they nearly doubled the price (mind you it was the same part and the same labor.) Quality auto mechanic. Ordering parts took some time. Good communication. Competitive pricing. Thank you, N4S. they seem to overlook warranty repairs and instead focus on insurance claims. they seemed to be very familiar with the adjuster, but not as competent with procurement and installation of warranty covered parts. they had my vehicle for almost two weeks only to tell me that i should order my own warranty parts from ebay.
well my trip too Plano Tx didn't work out due to vw bus engine failure my grand daughter, son, and myself were towed to Jerrys parking lot Jerry is the Owner of Need for Speed , Jerry was very helpful and my family and myself want to Thank him again for the help and support i received at his business. We cant Thank You Enough.GOOD LUCK WITH THE 2 GO CART TRACKS your building, i believe it was a 1,7 track and a 0,7 track as well.THANX JERRY.
