Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop! The date in which the car was supposed to be ready changed 4 times I spent a lot of money because of that and in no way was there any sort of sorry. A job that should have taken half hour took 2 weeks. They originally quoted me one price, a week later they nearly doubled the price (mind you it was the same part and the same labor.) What a slop of a shop. Your response was expected. The truth is you put body damage to my vehicle and have not even enough respect to point it out nor acknowledge it. Beware this of this shop, I promise you will regret it. Work approved 04/28/26 Torsion bar lowered 1 turn. Tighten “Lift bolts” put some simple alignment pins on upper control arm. Swapped tires… $470 (tires bought elsewhere) -losses my keys, I brought the spare key. Upon pick up they now lost the spare key. They removed $50. Ready for pick up 05/13 it took 11 ... read more
