My air suspension went out on my Ram Limited took it to Viva dodge service center on gateway. They had it for a month and a half, mechanic couldnt figure out whats was wrong with it and still paid for the diagonistic. Took it here on Friday had it back the following Friday. These people know what they are doing bring your business here.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop! The date in which the car was supposed to be ready changed 4 times I spent a lot of money because of that and in no way was there any sort of sorry. A job that should have taken half hour took 2 weeks. They originally quoted me one price, a week later they nearly doubled the price (mind you it was the same part and the same labor.)
