When I call them I always know I am getting an educated response to my problem and what I am being charged for is a NEED. Tuesday I called about our humidifier not working. It has not worked for months. The lady answering said someone could be out the next day around 10:00 am. The repairman called about 15 minutes early and was there soon after. He checked the thermostat and then went down to the furnace. He checked the water flow and if it was installed correctly.
