Ned is a great plumber and I will definitely use him again! I had a fault with my rainwater pump which he diagnosed and fixed. His communications are great and he was happy to chat over the phone to understand the issue.

I was able to get an appointment fairly promptly for a gas hot water issue. Ned was professional and diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me a few options. He was so genuine in his approach and I really appreciated that. I'd definitely recommend.

Ned's Plumbing and Gas are an amazing outfit. I reached out via text message to see if they can help me connect my new NG BBQ into what looked like a non-standard bayonet fitting. Not only did they assist me, but they also did that over the phone and without charging a penny. Speaks volumes of their thought process and integrity. I don't think there are many service providers who would do anything without a service/callout fee. Highly recommended!

I called Ned about an issue i wasn't sure about. He was so helpful and reassuring. Could've easily been a money grab for him but he was honest and upfront. Didn't end up needing his services but was impressed with his honest workmanship. So rare these days in the trade industry.
