Nedrac was the carrier for my overseas move. During this move, they inexplicably separated my cartons at the port, losing track of several of them. Because they split our shipment between cartons after it left our home, pieces of furniture were lost (legs to tables, cushions for a couch, an entire wardrobe.) I had a fantastic experience with an international relocation with Nedrac (through their partnership with Transworld shipping). Their team handled our move in the country we moved into and they were helpful from assisting with paperwork we needed for customers import, with shipping timing updates and all the way through to physical delivery and unpacking. This is by far the worst company I've ever encountered in having to ship goods. They have the least competent staff I've ever dealt with. Even folks that didn't speak English were more clear than them. They denied damage claims because they didn't get what they wanted. They asked for power of attorney to clear my shipment through customs, which has NEVER been needed for any of my shipments with other companies. Avoid them at all costs. Updated with a photo of the damaged item submitted for claim which they denied right away.

My wife and I used Nedrac, Inc. as our Southern California packing, coordination, storage and moving company as part of our overseas relocation to New Zealand.
