They were very rude and short with me. The "expert" that came out made many mistakes. He came to inspect my pool but had no experience with pools. They scheduled a 2.5 hour window to gather evidence yet the “ expert” was done in 17 minutes. Never bothered to answer any of my questions. Never looked at pool equipment, no pool water sample, no “ground water” testing. NOTHING. Just took 30 different pictures and called it a day! Unfortunately Nederveld doesn't stand behind their work. Very defensive when questioned and not customer oriented. Will use another firm with integrity next time.
Nederveld was a great organization to work with. They're representatives patiently and kindly answered all my questions through what could have been a stressful situation. They were attentive, prompt and pricing was fair. I highly recommend anyone to give Nederveld an opportunity.
