Nederveld is a great company to work with! Their team was always prompt in answering questions and providing the information we needed. Everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Nederveld to anyone looking for excellent service.
Bad parking like all of downtown is the only downfall
They were very rude and short with me. The "expert" that came out made many mistakes. He came to inspect my pool but had no experience with pools. They scheduled a 2.5 hour window to gather evidence yet the “ expert” was done in 17 minutes. Never bothered to answer any of my questions. Never looked at pool equipment, no pool water sample, no “ground water” testing. NOTHING. Just took 30 different pictures and called it a day! Unfortunately Nederveld doesn't stand behind their work. Very defensive when questioned and not customer oriented. Will use another firm with integrity next time.
