First and foremost, congratulations to owner Gladys Wojcik on her retirement from Nederland Jewelers. Secondly, kudos to the amazing team of professionals at the Beaumont location on Dowlen. Duke and the rest of the team are amazingly professional and prompt. I recently enjoyed excellent service with a short wait time while having batteries replaced on two Movados. They are awesome.
After being told they would solder the wedding band for free, my wife went back in and dropped the ring off. When she picked it up they showed her some fine print saying she agreed to pay $250 for soldering. We won’t go back
My engagement ring is the most beautiful piece of jewelry I’ve ever seen. My fiancé customized it, and they worked very well with him. I needed to have it resized...they had it ready for pickup the following day. I’ve worked with Zales, Alter’s, Nachol’s, and have never been this happy!!! Thank you Nederland Jewelers!! 💍
I very highly recommend Nederland Jewelers. The staff are friendly and are more than willing to spend the time it takes to make sure you walk away with something you love. Between Rachel’s excellent customer service and Jason’s willingness to share his diamond expertise, my husband and I were able to choose a pair of earrings that were just right for me. Though we live in the Houston area, we will be sure to make the drive out to Beaumont for any future jewelry purchases or repairs after our experiences with this shop.
