I wish I could give less that a star. They are unprofessional and very sketchy. I have wind damage to my gutters and flashing. I called Ned to come out and schedule a cleaning/inspection so they could give me a quote on the damage. The week prior I had emailed pictures of the damage and explained exactly what I wanted looked at on the house. I received the automated text at 10:45 AM.
