The first couple of times we had them clean our gutters, I received photos of our gutters to confirm, but I had to ask for them. This past November I paid $200 for them to clean the gutters and now I'm seeing that our rear gutter is full of maple saplings! That ONLY happens when the gutter is not cleaned out in the fall after the maple is done shedding its leaves...which by the time it was "cleaned" out at the end of November, the maple was bare. Unless you want to be subjected to daily robocalls from this company, don't do business with them. They did one job for me, inadequately, a few years back and now I have had to block several of their telemarketing numbers. Even blocked calls can clog your voicemail inbox, I've since discovered.

Gutter cleaning late last summer was fine. It's the 8 or 10 sales calls since then with no voice mails left that aggravates me. I finally picked up to see who it was and told them to stop calling.

Have used Ned for several years but last two years have been very late. This year only showed up in mid summer and this fall never showed up. I called and as before heard promise to clean gutters also. It’s 12/30 and gutters are still full of years. Will switch to more reliable (and less pricey) service.
