Today I spoke with Samantha/Sam. She was very pleasant to talk to. Even through I called today to make my auto insurance payment, it was a blessing speaking with her. Not only did she handle my payment, she offered me information on ways to save money. I called earlier and she gave me a returned call. Way to go Samantha, a good sale person.
Samantha was extremely helpful with renewing our homeowners insurance and explaining the options available. In addition to that she took the time to check our auto insurance and bundle that in as well! Not only was she able to save us a significant amount of money, she was also able to help us better understand our real needs for insurance.
Great response time. Samantha was absolutely amazing and genuinely happy for me. She was considerate and knowledgeable. She asked me questions I didn’t know I needed to now. She made sure I had everything I needed and confirmed it was received.
