Today I spoke with Samantha/Sam. She was very pleasant to talk to. Even through I called today to make my auto insurance payment, it was a blessing speaking with her. Not only did she handle my payment, she offered me information on ways to save money. I called earlier and she gave me a returned call. Way to go Samantha, a good sale person.
My opinion, she was a perfect representative.Very kind, very patient, very clear in every question.I had far above and beyond her duty.I would say. I highly recommend her to others and will mention her. And her name Sam for Samantha🥰 She also gave me condolences due to being a widow which I thought was very sweet.
