I contacted Bushnell PT to work on my rotator cuff surgery recovery while I was in Provo for three weeks and I worked with Jared and PT student Amanda. They were fantastic. It was a great experience, and they gave me exercises that were easy to do while I was visiting the area. I highly recommend this practice.
Super nice people. They reached out to me to talk about my experience and made everything right. I've had two appointments and the staff are super nice people but as soon as I got there, the therapist Jared, was trying to rush me out for his next appointment. I actually heard him on the other side of the door say that after 'reading the room,' he thought I'd be a quick appointment. He did not answer a single question I had about my pain or if my injury was causing tightness in my Achilles, even though I asked multiple times.... read more
Catherine and Jared have been great! My body feels much better. The staff are friendly and kind as well.
The receptionist is the weirdest person! I said in akward silence for a while before she just says ummm k! Terrible service don’t recommend
