The older lady that works there at the front desk with the gray hair and old, seems to not like first Nations people and brushes them off even when they have an abscessed tooth, not making sure it's not going to kill the patient, and right next to the carrier first Nations office, that's extremely negligent, if you're native or a person of colour do not go to this place, rates -10 poor quality of community ethics.
Very happy. We just popped in (no appointment) after a dental surgery in PG as one of the stitches was left too long and causing irritation...they quickly fit us in, snipped the stitch, and sent us off, no charge. Thanks!
He is good at fixing teeth and all great staff very friendly. But honestly unlike other dentists offices I been to they don't do reminders to get teeth checked or cleaned. Building is kinda dated and dark on the inside of the building. Will be probably be switching dentists in the future.
They will say u are covered through insurance and then a year later send u a bill . Very unprofessional
