Never again. This was an unnecessarily extended, painful & traumatic experience that our tax dollars paid for. I went to this clinic for an extremely simple procedure to remove a suture. I tried to give the (oriental female) doctor the pertinent details as concisely as possible, but she repeatedly refused to listen and kept telling me that what I was describing was "impossible!". I used to have a decent experience at this clinic before they changed the system to being triage based. It used to be you sign in, then they tell you your wait time, and you can leave and come back without losing your place in line. Waiting room was almost empty. Now, they gave you a clip board to fill out with a number, then you have to wait about an hour just to get called. Then the nurse determines who to triage first based on what you write on the sheet.
