Terrible I made a horrible mistake today by visiting this spa. My usual salon didn't have any available appointments until later this week so I decided to give this new place a try. I called and the receptionist said they can "squeeze" me in for an eye brow wax. When I got there, the place was deserted. Not a single customer. That should have been a warning for me.
