Stay away. This owner has been verbally abusive and just plain scary. I dropped off two computers for repair, had questions about a quote, got berated on the phone by the owner, and then reported that I would be picking my computers up and I said that they should not do any work on my computers. I posted a review stating all of this on Google and was personally attacked back by the owner. Enough said. This place is great. My AirBook had some sort of stroke or and because it's one year older than Apple considers viable they (the Apple folks) referred me to Necessary Technologies. Of course the computer was working fine when I got there BUT they were great, kept trying to make it not work again and finally said if it happens again, bring it back. No charge. That's right. This crew is so awesome! They were able to assess what was wrong within the day I brought my 2008 macbook pro, and I was able to pick it up the same day. Use them!! No ifs! Really you need to try them to understand how fantastic they are.
