If you could avoid this company, I would. Their customer service is horrible. They literally don’t want to cover anything and do the bare minimum. Unfortunately, we are stuck with them for now but if you can please please please go with a different company because you will just be disappointed time and time again. If could give them zero stars I would, but unfortunately, I can’t.
Rude customer service. You cant control who is on you plan. You have to jump through hoops just to remove someone.. even if they no longer want to be on your plan. If you go with this insurance company you lose all control who is one your plan.
As far as insurance goes-you wont find better! Helpful and friendly staff, great communication, and easy to work with.
Tried to reach them several times by phone. I waited on hold for over an hour on two calls.I left a detailed message. I never received a call back. Seems impossible to even send an email request. Very disappointing.
