I am writing this to let you know how much we truly appreciated NEC’s efforts in designing and creating our walkway with several levels in our front yard. As professional as can be! That’s what my wife and I thought when we saw the final results of your work. As you are aware my previous contractor left me with such a horrible cement job with my patio and deck. Wire mesh was never used in certain places and the areas it was used it was lying on the ground which resulted in no reinforcement because the mesh was under the concrete.
