Shyt reading these comment make you want to call the guy then not call the guy... I have a dongfang that won't start up, I thought it would be the battery or a spark plug, but when it started up and I hit the gas it shuts off..

As a black man I gave Nebs a chance and the benefit of the doubt.When he couldn't fix the problem with my bike he run off with my money.Notice that most complaints come from older people.They are telling the truth.Don't do business with Nebs.
If I could give ZERO STARS I would. This is a scam for money and does not get the job done that hes paid to do, also when you schedule a date and time he does not show up and claims he had other things to do. What type of business is this? He had a nerve to tell me hes not a maid when I paid for a job and he didn't do the job and dont give refunds at that, it's crazy never again I sue people that does bad business like this. I work to hard for my money to just give away for nothing.
