I called on Friday and ordered a tire. I asked before I ordered the tire how soon it could be delivered and they said tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 and I said can you mount it for me then and they said yes so because I have to drive 50 miles to get here 100 miles round-trip I was willing to do that and when I got here, they were closed. They closed at noon so I made 100 mile trip for nothing. Not happy.
This is the second transmission that now needs to be replaced. We have the warranty papers and the bill from the repair. They are refusing to honor the warranty! We have done a lot of business with them and can’t believe that they won’t stand behind their work. Not only have we had trouble with transmission work, but we have had multiple tires fly off after they put them on causing damage to trailers and vehicles. Buyers Beware!!
