Recently on a long road trip from Colorado to Wisconsin, it was late evening on I-80, roughly 10 miles from North Platte, and my pickup truck hit metal debris on the highway - puncturing my front right tire. Thankfully I had just enough air remaining make it to a decent North Platte hotel, where I swapped out the flat for my spare. saw me comming with out-of-state plates I needed a front end alignment and at least 2 new tires after whacking a curb in my Odyssey on a road trip. They sold me the tires (at a price higher than Costco or Les Schwab at home, but they've got to make a living) and put those on pretty quick but wouldn't align it without replacing some parts. The wheel has barely detectable play when in the air. I know it's not optimal, but it's not unsafe either. Highly disappointed with there quality of work! While washing the car today I found a nice big crack in the fairing under the door. Its from where they put the lift jacks to pick the car up to rotate the tires. No one from there told me anything about it so now I have to call them and see what they will do to fix it. Its a 2000 Audi A6 so it will be interesting to see what they are going to do. I don't recommend them now to any one who wants there car fixed without having it damaged and not told about it when they get the ca... read more
