I really appreciate that NebraskaLand has my back. I recently received a call from them to alert me that my debit card had been compromised. While on the phone, the employee looked through my account to ensure there weren’t any charges I didn’t know about and at my request they turned my card off on the spot. I loved that I could go into the bank to get my new card. It took less than five minutes! Super easy and better safe than sorry!

Wanted to say that from the time I opened an account I have enjoyed this bank. Anytime I go the staff is always so pleasant and they all have smiles on their faces. Jessica Erdman did a really good job with helping me open my account, figuring out mobile banking, and answering any questions I have had. I definitely recommend!
Been dealing with this joke of a banks Hans Julius for far too long. What we were assured was a one year time frame to help a friend out with their loan, and now YEARS later, here we are. Still waiting. Our lives on hold indefinitely. We were last told this nightmare would be over on August 1st.... MORE LIES!!! We are now given yet another date, TWO MONTHS away, for the end of this headache!
