Ordered a pallet of parts from Kansas City normally it only takes one to two days shipping it took over a week. When these people were called they said they had tried to call us but nobody answered the phone this is a business where we answer the phones and no messages were left. To make matters worse their terminal was only 50 miles away. And I ended up with angry customers because parts were not delivered in a timely manner.
