Very unprofessional organization. My wife brought in our Tahoe for service. She was NOT given an invoice for repairs. After repeated attempts to inquire about what was wrong, what was to be replaced and what warranty was offered; all of which NO answers were given, Nebraska Transmissions pulled the transmission without written authorization to do so. Nebraska Transmissions did charge my wife's credit card for $1000 as a "down payment," with NO INVOICE! The truck was not in perfect working order but it did still move. Now the... read more

I have had Nebraska Transmission work on my transmissions over the last 20 years; they are always honest and do not overcharge. They have saved me a lot of money and aggravation over the years. They always have a bunch of cars waiting to be worked on; that should tell you something. These folks do great work, and they have integrity! ---JGH
