Be careful spending any money on their bar games, or "skill games", they do not bonus as frequent as actual casino games. You would be better off going to Warhorse. At least you don't spin 100 times for an absolute 0 return.
Absolute crooks. Them and J & J games need to be investigated. I have documented over two dozen times where the machines glitch out and reset sometimes taking all of your money. They have done nothing about this and they're not reporting this to department of revenue for every instance. I have been notifying them for a year and a half of all the glitches and nothing has been done. The percentages that pay out are about 15% back instead of 85% back like they say. This is in reference to their team member Hiram. He came out to Dandy Lion Lounge to fix the redemption machine. He got it fixed but hung out for multiple people to run their tickets to make sure everything was good. So appreciated.
My worst customer service experience. While cashing out the cash out machine locked up with a call support message. Originally called and was told to stay at the location as a tech would be with me shortly. Waited over 2 hours (tech arrived at 8:12). Operator insisted a tech would be in touch with me soon, I spent over 2 hours waiting in a gas station. Would not recommend gaming with NTS
Hours are horrible, we have jobs too, if you have a ticket from a bar like candle lite Which only cashes tickets less that 100$!
