This review is related to one of NE realty's realtors. We just recently closed on the sale of our house. Kim Fendrick represented the buyers and was the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. She is not a good representation of Nebraska Realty. Hanging up on our realtor, not responding to phone calls and texts from our realtor. Horrible experience. The realtor was incompetent, rude and judgmental. He neglected to follow through with the repairs addendum and lied about the repairs being done in order to rush the sale through to escrow. Upon taking possession of my home I found the toilet was left leaking by the sellers for weeks. He would not answer my requests for copies of paperwork (to help insurance claim) and refused to call the sellers to ask about what they may have done to the toilet?
