They turned it off without e-mail!!! None of them calls me! I have kids in my house 4 months old and a 12 years old!! I absolutely hate them! This company suck!
"Non-profit" Yet they charge you an extra $40 to push a button to turn the power back on. NPPD is a joke. They made it so you are basically forced to pay by card at this point and then charge you a convenience fee for using said method of payment. Somebody, somewhere, is profiting and also making customers lives hell with their vague rules, fees, and other unscrupulous behaviors.
Sent an online request about the accuracy of my bill. Never got a response. Called directly. Unhelpful and argumentative. Just told me to ask my landlord.
